TRENCHIT TWT400 Wheel Trencher
The Trench-It wheel trenchers (TWT) are powerful heavy duty trenchers used mainly in sports turf drainage and irrigation projects. These trenchers are engineered specifically for sand-slit drainage installation, secondary drainage infrastructure, and rapid irrigation deployment.The fast and efficient digging wheel, capable of being fitted with carbide tungsten teeth, will easy and effectively dig a clean trench while removing the spoils onto a conveyor leaving no clean up necessary.
TWT400 Features Include:
– PRIME MOVER: 45 – 90 HP tractor with hydrostatic or a very slow speed creep gear box. Three point linkage PTO output 540 rpm.
– TRENCH DEPTHS: 250, 300, 350, 400mm
– TRENCH WIDTHS: 50 – 95mm
– CUTTING WHEEL is a 800° digging disc made from mild steel with carbide tungsten teeth
– TRANSMISSION: The trenching unit is driven by PTO shaft via adjustable torque limiting safety clutch and reduction gearbox
– CONVEYOR SYSTEM: The digging wheel is completely enclosed above the ground and the soil is directed onto a conveyor, elevating it onto a small truck running alongside the trencher
– CONVENTIONAL TRENCHER: The conveyor unit can be easily removed, allowing the TWT to become a conventional trencher
TRENCHIT TWT550 Wheel Trencher
The TWT 550 Drainage Trencher is a tractor mounted Disc trencher, with double conveyor system designed to fit onto a three point linkage tractor. The TWT 550 Drainage Trencher has been designed for land drainage and irrigation projects on sports fields, but can also be used for fibre network installation. The TWT550 can be fitted with complete laser control systems, allowing the machine to precisely adjust digging depth on-the-fly.
By utilizing a high-speed wheel trencher rather than a traditional chain trencher, users get narrower, tidier trenches that require less backfilling and are easier to compact. This machine creates trenches that can be easily backfilled using a TrenchIt SGH sand and gravel hopper.

TRENCHIT RTS400 Rootsaw
Introducing the TrenchIt RTS400 Rootsaw – a game-changer for deep bedded root cutting. Designed to be powered by a 45-90 horsepower tractor and fit for a three point hitch and 540 PTO speed, this machine offers unparalleled efficiency and power.
With a digging depth of 400mm (approximately 15.75 inches) and a choice of 75mm or 100mm digging width, the RTS400 gets the job done precisely and effectively. Its compaction wheel, adjustable in four different settings, ensures optimal soil compaction as you cut. Plus, with the ability to backfill and compact trenches simultaneously, it streamlines your workflow like never before.
By slicing through encroaching shallow roots inside the drip line, the RTS400 cuts off problem roots without endangering the host tree. This process improves the overall health of surrounding turf, allowing grass to grow without interference from nutrient-stealing roots.
For added convenience, the RTS400 offers an optional hydraulic top link, providing even greater control and versatility.
TRENCHIT TCT Fairway Trencher
The TrenchIt TCT Fairway trencher has been designed specifically for sports field drainage applications; however it can be equally as effective in irrigation and services instillation.Soil is elevated up using a conveyor system and then deposited onto a running trailer or small truck alongside trencher, thus ensuring minimal clean up time. The TCT Fairway Trencher can also be easily converted into a conventional trencher by removing the conveyor system.
This Trencher is designed to be the ultimate in strength and versatility. With several chain options available, including soil blades, terminator teeth, 50/50 chain or carbide bullets, there is a tooth setup for almost any condition. Most wear parts, such as bearing and chain components, are made in the USA and readily available to keep you working without interruption.
The TCT is designed with a heavy duty gear box that is rated up to 80HP and can withstand the toughest of conditions. An innovative feature unique to the TCT is a set of three weight distribution rollers for minimal ground impact. This allows you to neatly trench on even the finest of turfgrass with minimal disruption.
TRENCHIT TCT Pro Trencher
The TCT Pro Trencher by TrenchIt is a PTO-driven chain trencher designed for sports turf and golf course drainage or irrigation projects. It features a dual-conveyor system that elevates soil directly into an adjacent vehicle or trailer, ensuring a clean job site with minimal cleanup. This model can also be easily converted into a conventional trencher by removing the conveyor system. Being a three-point linkage the trencher, it can also be easily taken off to fit other implements.

TRENCHIT Sand & Gravel Hopper
TrenchIt SGHT Hoppers, proudly designed and manufactured in New Zealand, are built to handle a variety of back filling needs. The SGHT model is specifically built for trenches ranging from 50 to 300 mm in width.

Hydraulic Chute and Agitator: The hydraulic chute provides easy opening and closing, while the integrated hydraulic agitator ensures a smooth, efficient flow of sand and gravel.
