Why should you perform the Ball Roll Tester? Over time, synthetic turf fibers can begin to “lay flat” and the infill can become compacted, resulting in a longer, faster ball roll than preferred. This test can identify the condition of the field and alert the owner that the field requires better maintenance to avoid worsening problems.
