GKB Machines is part of the GKB Group. Since 1985 GKB Machines, as a separate division, is engaged with the development of innovative maintenance machines for sports pitches.

AERATOR

Compacted synthetic turf pitches are a thorn in the side of the field managers. Synthetic turf pitches are very sensitive to compaction due to intensive usage and contamination. Compaction of the fiber/infill system will lead to compacted pitches and the damping effect of the system will be lost. An additional disadvantage is that the grip of the sport shoes will be reduced, eventually this will cause injuries.

COMBINATOR

The GKB Combinator is the ultimate tool for removal of unwanted turf. This machine has the capability to remove up to 2″ of unwanted material in a single pass. This allows you to run a clean and efficient operation, totally removing the material and leaving a clean and level surface. This is the only step needed before re-seeding or laying sod.

COMBISEEDER

Are you looking for a fast and efficient way to seed or overseed your golf course or sports turf? With the Combiseeder we offer you both solutions, as well as the possibility to seed multiple types of grass. The Combiseeder has two spiked rollers, that open up the soil and accurately spread seed across the full width of the machine.....

DEEPT TINE AERATOR

Compaction is a problem for groundsman and greenkeepers worldwide. Aeration of compacted sports fields and golf courses is a common practice in all renovations and maintenance programs. The GKB Deep Tine Aerator can penetrate through the compacted turf with various tine sizes on different depths. Surface water can pass through the profile and it allows air into the root structure which leads towards a healthier grass plant and improved surface.

LEAF CLEAN

To keep an artificial sportsturf in the right condition, it is important to remove leaves on time from the field. By doing that, you prevent the leaves from being kicked into the infill. SPM MATERIAL MOVER

The SPM Material handler is a basically our Sand Spreader with a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt system helps you to top off sand bunkers on your golf courses and deliver bulk sand precisely and efficiently where you might need it.

TOPDROP

The Topdrop is a premium brush dresser, with which you can apply several materials accurately. By means of a conveyer belt, the sand is transported to the mechanical adjustable metering valve. Because the brush is hydraulically powered, and the speed can simply be adjusted, it can ensure that the layer thickness will be accurately determined.

V-STRONG

The GKB V-strong verticutter has been developed, because of increasing market demand, for an aggressive aerating machine to remove thatch. By removing thatch, moss and other material the grass is allowed more space to grow, provides permeability of the top layer and increases resistance to disease and insects.
